Travel South USA invites qualified Tour Operators and southern Suppliers to the 30th annual Travel South Showcase at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky – March 4-7, 2012. This invitation only event is for Travel Buyers, Suppliers from the partner states that comprise Travel South USA and Travel Service Providers – including advertising media and credentialed editorial media. All registrations are subject to committee approval.
Registration Deadlines
- September 7, 2011 : Online Registration Begins
- January 6, 2012 : Buyer deadline for early-bird registration.
- February 10, 2012 : Deadline for all profile updates and changes for the official Delegate Directory.
Registration Information & Fees
Travel South Showcase registration is divided into four distinct categories. The registration fee is per person and includes official events, materials, and social and meal functions. Each registration is subject to qualification criteria and all eligible delegates will be notified of confirmation. Please select the appropriate registration type for detailed information and registration.

Please note this important registration information:
- Day passes, event passes and partial registrations are not available in any category
- Attendees must be at least 18 years of age, an employee or contractor of the tourism organization and must receive income for services rendered and/or serve as a member of the organization's governing body
- Changes to the original registration must be submitted to Travel South Showcase in writing; changes will not be accepted by phone
